Packaged Design options are for clients who don’t need Downtowne Design’s full range of interior design services. Some may want to address only one or two rooms in their home. Others may have a limited budget to work with. Others still, may need assistance in getting their home “buyer ready” or want help making the transition to a new condo as easy as possible.

QUICK REDESIGN
This one day decorating consultation includes the arrangement of your existing furnishings, art and accessories, as needed, to create an inviting, comfortable environment that can dramatically enhance your home in just a couple of hours.
QUICK REDESIGN LIGHT (Price: Flat Fee Per Room.)
What it includes:- On-site visit to your home
- Discussion of your overall interior design preferences and goals
- Suggestions on furniture placement for best set up and use of space
- Instant editing and re-arranging of your existing accessories
- Wall paint and trim color selection for your room
QUICK REDESIGN DELUXE (Price: Flat Fee Per Room.)
Includes all items in Package #1 PLUS:- An additional hour at your home
- Design research and selection of ready-made furnishings and accessories (within your budget) to supplement your space. (Includes 2 options per item):
- Furniture (i.e. coffee table, chair, sofa)
- Window Treatment
- Lighting (i.e. table lamp, chandelier)
- Artwork
- Area Rug
- Accessory
- Floor plan drawn to scale utilizing client’s existing furniture items, if any, and utilizing the selected ready-made furniture pieces
- Detailed shopping list of resources - both local and on-line for ready-made furnishings and accessories selected

RELOCATION DESIGN
Planning a move but don’t know what to take? Merging households, and don’t know where to start? Downsizing from a large home into a new condo with fewer square footage?
HOW RELOCATION DESIGN WORKS:
Send us photos and measurements (H x L x D) of those items you’d like to use in your new home (You can e-mail them to us or send us links to your Kodak Gallery, Flickr or Shutterfly accounts). Then we’ll meet with you at the new residence. We’ll develop a design strategy that includes your floor plan, a full color consultation, and any supplemental furnishings we may suggest you add. To further de-stress, you can retain Downtowne Design to help arrange your furnishings, art and accessories in your new home on moving day. Our Relocation Design fees are based on square footage and on the level of service you select.
STAGING
Presentation is everything. So when it comes time to sell your home, Downtowne Design’s home staging services are just what you need to make that all important first impression with realtors and home buyers alike. We have the ability to look at your home objectively and package it effectively. Did you know that the U.S. Housing and Urban Development reports that a staged home will sell, on average, 17% higher than an un-staged home? By definition, staging is the process of preparing one’s home to be put on the market. Yet, there is a vast difference between simply cleaning and de-cluttering a home and professionally staging it.

HOW STAGING WORKS:
In one visit, your furnishings and accessories will be re-arranged to showcase the highest value and potential in your home. You’ll also be given a Resale Redesign plan, customized to your budget, with additional cost-effective ideas that we can quickly implement to further enhance the profit potential of your property. Our Staging fees are based on square footage and on the level of service you select.
